I've been too busy to update my blog these 2 weeks... Finally ended my work yesterday!!! and I only have today and tml day to pack my luggage... It was madness... Spent the whole day today running ard TOWN to get all those last min stuff.. and I still got things haben buy... Due to lack of sleep and tight schedule.. I'm having Pimple outbreak now!!! how to see Les lidat?! hahaa..

Anyway.. though I felt really relieved that my work has ended.. I really felt very sad yesterday.. cos my Department ppl are damn damn nice people..and my work there is really very relaxed.. On Thurs, my boss treated us to Pizzahut and KFC and we had a 2HR Break.. and tho~ I breached my Contract.. they did not deduct my pay and even gave me EXTRA S$425 bucks as a token of appreciation for helping them=) Yesterday, I spent the whole day chatting with my colleagues and Vice President.. They ordered Cedele Carrot Cake for teabreak (I really like the cream cheese with Walnuts part!) Better than Coffee Bean's=) and I got quite a no. of Farewell Presents too! i.e. A crystal necklace from my supervisor, A Voodoo Doll keychain from my partner, A precious moment mug and a pearl necklace and many well wishes=) I really enjoyed my 3 months there.. Maybe thinking of going back to work Full Time after my graduation and pursuing my Masters at the same time=)

anyway.. I'm off to US tml!!!! Like Finally?! I'm sooo excited.. but I'm sure to jet lag there cos I'm still slping SPORE Timing.. oh.. and Yesterday Newspaper reported that New York has been hit by a Heatwave..45 DEGREES CELSIUS!!!! OMG~!~!~ how to survive lidat..Think the New Yorkers can have a taste of chinese cuisine..*Fried SpareRibs* hahaaa.. anyway.. Guess I wont be blogging much for the next month unless I'm able to find internet connection and willing to spend my time in front of computer blogging and not fully maximising my time checking out every street and corner of the Big Apple.. I'll Miss my bed and Gramps and CHINESE FOOD...

Just to SideTrack... My NEW CAMERA!!!!!
I went through some unhappy events before laying my hands on this camera.. In SHORT.. DUN EVA GO MOBILEHUT @ SIM LIM!!! cos they import their goods from Export Sector (Layman Terms: Imitation Goods) TT's y they are able to quote me S$450 for Canon Ixus 65 initially.. Soooo always ask for documentation proof to validate your buys (It's not worth e $$ to splurge so much on a fake good).. In the end.. I decided to buy this Model @ another shop at a slightly higher price.. Well @ least the shop owner is honest.. He quoted me 2 prices the moment I asked for the model I wanted.. One for the model imported from Export Sector(Imitation) and One from the Singapore Retailer(Original).. he did not attempt to hide from the consumer.. so after some opinions from him I decided on SONY cos Their quality of printouts damn good.. the only setback is that they use memory sticks instead of SD cards and memory sticks are DAMN EXPENSIVE!!! hmmmm...... now I know what I WANT for my 21st BIRTHDAY.. heheheeee...

1. Late Comers
Though I'm guilty of being late @ times.. but I simply cant stand late-comers ESP>> Perpetual Late-Comers, those who purposely arrive late cos they expect others to be late as well and they feel that their time is too precious to be spent on people-gazing.. Hello?! It's them we are waiting for actually! Inconsiderate, Selfish and totally irresponsible.. There are also those who plan their preparation time w/o taking into acct waiting time for bus/trains and travelling time... If you tink U need 2 hours just to perfect that wake-up look.. Wake Up Early!!!

2. Untidy People
I am a True Blue Virgoan.. No problems with Short-Term untidiness.. but generally I want everything within my scope to be spick and span.. I am tt kind who cant tolerate a book jutting out slightly in a stack=P When I was still staying in a hostel.. my table looked hurricane-blown during daytime (Due to FRUSTRATION laaa) but I made sure everything is neatly packed before I went to sleep=)
(All stationery in pen holders CHECKED, Printing papers in cupboard CHECKED, Food wrappers thrown in dustbin outside CHECKED, all bowls and mugs washed CHECKED, Homework filed in respective files CHECKED, Table free of markings CHECKED, Chair pushed all the way into the table CHECKED… …)

3. Dragging of tables/chairs against the floor (ESP. those w/o rubber covers at the feet)
I hate the sound of metal scratching against the floor.. It never fails to give me Chicken Skin (Goosebumps.. Lots of THEM) and also scratching your nails on metal surfaces.. If there’s any tactic to make me surrender.. THIS IS IT!!! I totally hate it… so dun try=)

4. Vulgarities #$%#@!#@$#
I can proudly say that I have not cursed more than 5 times in my entire life so far.. and absolutely no HOKKIEN vulgarities.. They just put me off.. No proper UPBRINGING, No MANNERS, RUDE, LOW-CLASS, AGGRESSIVE, UNCOUTH……….and the list goes on… It is even more degrading for GIRLS to SPEW such language.. WORSE if they are doing a popeye.. (Cigarette in mouth) Makes me feel like stuffing spinach up their nostrils.. (hahaaa.. I’m getting irrelevant here)

5. People who JUST stare and not lend a helping hand
I despise those who can just stare and not bother to lift a finger when something happens.. Hello?! U are not staring at a TV watching those happenings.. Obviously It doesn’t hurt to help lift up someone who fell down/ Call an ambulance or police when the situation is beyond your ability to help/Simply lift up your butt for those elderly or pregnant ladies on buses…….. Our society needs more LOVE *shakes head*

Spent the entire day at HuiYi's house today.. We ate pizzas, took many Photos, Talked aloooot, Laughed a LOT!!!!, confide a little, looked @ old(VERY OLD) photos...(I looked hideous then...), did our manicures, curled some hair (sponsored and hands-on by Astri=P), talked and laughed somemore and took more photossss.... Too tired to blog but I had a great day=D Seeing Assstri and HuiMin after such a long time was such a nice feeling... I dun even feel awkward @ all=) I still love my secondary school frens the best.. and I discovered a secret........ (heheee... ZM: Ass-tri told me bout itttt=D)
OOhhhh.. and AND Astri gave me a 25 bucks "Made-With-Love" voucher=D I enjoyed doing handicraft... Guess I'm going Dhoby Ghaut this Saturday=) Thanks Woman!!! I really like it alot.. will send my Masterpeice to ya in Jarkarta=D

Ah Loy's mum cooked porridge for dinner.. OMG~ now I noe why HuiYi always look so radiant and can talk non-stop and why her brothers(esp. the youngest!) are so hyperactive and full of energy.. hahaa.. There's everything inside this power porridge (Fish Cake, Veg, Chicken, Mushroom, Scallop, Wolfberries, Red Dates........) I requested for the recipe BUT THEN forgot to bring home.. hmmm.. very SMART

I cant believe I spent over 200 Bucks today!!!!!!!! BUT it's not tt i'm splurging.. cos I spent on the things tt I'll need for my internship in New York 3 weeks away.. bought a blazer and pants and a leather bag (shall upload some pics tml).... AND a pair of EVENING HEELS (it's damn pretty!)=D cos Les and i are planning to carch a Broadway Musical (Phantom of the Opera) Well... to those who noe me.. i'm not a very musically inclined person but Les mentioned tt Broadway is world-known for their musicals.. let's pray tt I wun waste my USD75 bucks sleeping.. hahaaa..

Oooooo... and I'm finally seeing Hui Min and Astri after nearly 2 years tml!!!!! I'm really looking forward=) The gathering will be @ Huiyi's house cos it's much bigger.. wanted to lend my place so that we can spent the afternoon baking.. but tink it's too small to accomodate 6 girls... Tink we'll be ordering Pizza tml.. hahaaa.. but i just had pizza just now.. In fact.. I've been dining @ pizza for the past 3 weekends.. gettin' a lil' sick of it now.... anyway it's the company I'm looking forward to=D shall blog tml den.. my legs and back are giving way...
